GPL organized a Training Program
for Managers

General Pharmaceuticals Ltd. believes in quality. This can be achieved only by professionals. The Management of GPL expects the Managers to be dynamic leaders and leadership demands information. GPL arranged a Professional Development Workshop on Participatory Management at the Conference Room of Head Office, General Pharmaceuticals Ltd on May 21, 2008. Dr. Parveen Agaz, Senior Management Counselor (Faculty Member), Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) Dhaka was the resource person. All the Mangers of GPL attended the workshop.



MSD Activities
Medical Services Department (MSD) of General Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (GPL) organized 9 Scientific Seminars in 2008 all around the country. GPL also arranged 98 Clinical Meeting in different Medical College Hospitals, 48 Thana Doctors Conferences and 121 Polly Chikitshak Conferences on different topics all around the country.

Managing Director, Dr. Momenul Haq; Director, Dr. Sarah Momen; Master Zariful Haq & Manager International Marketing, Dr. Ziad Rahman visited and had meetings with GPL Country Representative & GPL sales team in Cambodia. GPL’s 20 products are registered in Cambodia and the team achieved a significant sales growth in 2008. GPL introduced Cafenol (Paracetamol + Caffeine), Etocox (Eterocoxib), Helicon Kit (H. pylori eradication kit) first time in Cambodia. The products of GPL are very well accepted by the potential doctors, chemist & the end users.
