Dear Doctor
We have successfully accomplished our one year journey for
MediNews. On the eve of the 1st anniversary, we would like to
offer our deepest gratitude to you. In every edition, we
reviewed the MediNews according to your valuable suggestions. |
 |
We received 2853
reply card of the Medinews (Vol. 1, No. 4) from doctors all around
the country. This number pronounced highly about your enthusiasm
regarding the Medinews.
On the current issue we arranged a time demanding & your requested
topic, Dyslipidemia as the lead article. Eminent
Cardiologist, Professor M. Nazrul Islam, Head of the Department,
Department of Cardiology, Dhaka Medical College & Hospital has given
his most resourceful write up for our lead article.
As you all know that Dyslipidemia is one of the most threatening
diseases in the world. Untreated Dislipidemia leads to
atherosclerosis, coronary artery disease, stroke, etc., that makes
our life fatal.
If we could just take some simple & easy method of life style like;
food habit, quit smoking, made a healthy diet chart, regular
exercise, etc., we can easily protect ourselves from Dyslipidemia
and its fatal consequences. In the lead article we have emphasized
on heart healthy diet, cholesterol containing diet, easy life style
modification & approved diet guideline, etc. We hope that, like the
previous issues you all will be also getting some refreshing
information regarding this disease.
In the product profile we highlighted Anginox (Trimetazidine)
for stable angina and in pictorial diagnosis we highlighted clinical
manifestations of Dyslipidemia.
We also like to dedicate the recent Medinews (Vol: 2, No: 1) for the
35th Independence Day of our country. We also would like to
remember and offer our warmest gratitude towards our great national
heroes who sacrificed their lives and fought for the Independence of
our country. While we are preparing this Medinews, SSC Exam
is going on. We would like to wish all the examinees a success in
the exam. Another great festive is knocking at the door
,
1413 (the beginning of Bengali New Year 1413).
From the GPL family we like to wish all of our valuable doctors and
readers
(Happy Bengali New Year).
Finally we again would like to inform you that we are very much
interested to receive your feedback regarding The Medinews. Your
feedback always helps us to make the MediNews more useful.
Thanks & Regards
