the quality presentation of topics in Medinews. It will
definitely enrich the knowledge even of the learned. I wish its
further approaches in common and day to day clinical experiences
with sincerity & devotion. Unfortunately IÕve never received any

Once again it is
our immense pleasure to inform you that we received 2254
Mediquiz (Vol. 1, No. 3) reply card from doctors all over
Bangladesh. The receipt number is very much encouraging for us
and it proves that the Medinews is well accepted among you. We
also received very good critics and analytical suggestions in
favor of the Medinews. |

Based on your
suggestions, we highlighted Low Back Pain (LBP) for the current
issue (Vol. 1, No. 4). Dr. Shah Alam, Associate Professor,
Orthopedics Department, Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford
Hospital, delivered his informative presentation on the topic. LBP
sounds very simple but it becomes a major health problem in
developed countries where the health authority is spending a lot of
money for the correction of it. It is also common in urban part of
Bangladesh. While working on the topic, we highlighted the
mechanical reason for LBP, which counts 70% of the problem. We also
incorporated diagrammatic pictures of the correct postures of
sitting, sleeping, standing, driving, weight lifting that we often
perform in wrong ways. We hope that you would find the article
interesting, informative and complete guideline for our daily life
in regards to correct posture.
We also arranged the pictorial description of the regular exercise
required for strengthening the back muscle. This will be also very
useful for our daily life and for giving advice for the patients.
We congratulate the lucky winners of the Mediquiz for mobile phone
and Davidson's. The names of the lucky winners are published & gifts
are all dispatched to them. Please note that Business Reply Card
(Vol. 1, No. 4) needs to reach us within January 30, 2006 with duly
filled and signed.
We also published the comments regarding the Medinews (Vol. 1, No.
3) and offer our thanks to them. We always appreciate constructive
suggestions in regards to the Medinews, our products and service. In
the product profile, we highlighted Misoclo (Diclofenac 50mg +
Misoprostol 200 mcg).
When the Medinews (Vol. 1, No. 4) will reach you, another eventful
year will be passed by. We should try to improve our quality of life
based on our lesson from our failure and success of 2005 because
both are equally important.
